Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-hour shifts depending on business needs
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand 55% of the time and walk 45% of the time
- Must meet Category IV lifting requirements including carrying up to 50 lbs
- Maximum static pull of 20 lbs
- Must understand and adhere to company policy and procedures as outlined in the policy and procedure manual and team member handbook
Job Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
- Able to meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position with or without accommodation
- Able to use or learn to use required equipment and tools
- Completion of company introductory probationary period of 30 or 60 days
- Ability to perform all job functions safely
- Meets company performance standards including regular attendance
- Willingness to wear proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for the job
- Possesses job-specific technical training
Job Duties
- Review the work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of the shift
- Block aisles and set-up checkout areas and displays as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Tally items, take money, and make change
- Bag items and assist customers with their carts
- Perform restock returns and replenish front-end items such as candy, gift cards, and snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with cart organization
