Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
- Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications preferred
- ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests
- Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards
- Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests
- Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
- Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service
- Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable
- Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
