Job Requirements

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 19 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate POS systems and touch-screen devices
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience using mobile devices or tablet applications preferred
  • ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service of beverages to guests
  • Accurately input drink orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Prepare and garnish drinks according to established standards
  • Retrieve and clear used glassware in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of drink menus and promotions to assist guests
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws, as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Follow all guidelines under S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training for responsible alcohol service
  • Maintain proper balance of assigned server bank, where applicable
  • Promote positive guest and team relations by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
