- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Maintain presence on the front drive assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment and valet parking guest cars
- Explain services and amenities of hotel including but not limited to location, hours of operation and location of banquet functions
- Escort guests to guestroom providing property tour and delivering luggage and other items to guest room
- Answer questions about local areas of interest and assist arriving and departing guests with transportation needs to corporations, local area attractions, airport, etc
- Provide guests with personalized service to create the best arrival and departure experience
- Assist with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni around campus and occasional airport runs
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed
