Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bartending training and certification required
  • TIPS certification required
  • Ability to lift and carry weights between 20 to 40 pounds
  • Ability to push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to stand continuously for long periods
  • Ability to maneuver in narrow spaces
  • Ability to climb steps frequently during shift
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer service issues tactfully and professionally
  • Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
