Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting
  • Flexible to work varied shifts including weekday evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
  • Friendly and energetic with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Two years previous experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and food service
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • State specific alcohol certification and/or TIPs certification
  • Friendly and energetic with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Embrace service with a story through creating and serving both distinctive and traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Share your personal passions and knowledge of the food, services and amenities available to guests to help them feel at home
  • Orchestrate an extraordinary guest experience by providing a fun and positive environment
  • Be an advocate of our menu offering, receive food orders at the bar, and ensure accuracy before guest delivery
  • Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
  • Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet
