Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- effective communication skills both verbal and written
- able to work in high pressure and fast paced situations
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- willingness to undergo liquor liability training

Job Duties
- Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
- be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes prices and proper glassware and garnishes
- know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter
