Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending or related hospitality field preferred
  • Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and standards
  • Knowledge of local liquor laws and responsible service practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bartending
  • Must be of legal drinking age

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beverage recipes and cocktail preparation
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Familiarity with local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Serve beverages and food promptly, accurately, and courteously
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and other hotel outlets
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain the bar, including garnishes, perishables, and supplies
  • Handle cash and register transactions accurately
  • Check guests for proper identification and manage guest inebriation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
  • Promote Hilton services and facilities to guests and suppliers
  • Take personal responsibility for guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any accidents or incidents
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by management
