Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Bartending training and certification required
  • TIPS certification
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and push carts up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand continuously during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and maneuver in narrow spaces
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful and emotional customer service situations
  • Physical capability to perform job duties

Job Qualifications

  • Bartending training and certification
  • TIPS certified
  • Minimum 6 months bartending experience
  • Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages

Job Duties

  • Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls
  • Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges as per company policies and procedures
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws
  • Ensure established pars are maintained
  • Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
