Job Requirements
- Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol
- flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
- complete T.I.P.S. or ServSafe Alcohol training within 90 days of employment unless state requires earlier
- be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- T.I.P.S. or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is an asset
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Ensure a smooth and timely experience for all guests by providing exceptional customer service
- become knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- prepare and serve cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, and food to patrons
- take food and beverage orders and process payments
- replenish and prepare supplies as needed
