Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or bar service preferred
- strong communication skills
- basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service
- basic math skills for cash register operation
- manual dexterity to handle garnishes and glassware
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours
- compliance with attendance policies
- willingness to adhere to alcohol service laws
- ability to work effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- reimburses and stocks all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce based on daily function projections
- maintains stock, cuts, and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents drink orders
- mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks following standard recipes and portion control
- abides by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages
- inputs orders into register and creates checks for each guest to maintain beverage accountability
- receives cash, makes change, verifies charges, and records transactions
- locks and stores all beverage, food and equipment items, secures cash deposits and bank
- complies with attendance rules and maintains regular availability
- performs any other assigned job-related duties
