Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology preferred
- Completion of bartender certification is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes, liquor, and bar equipment
- Passion for hospitality and mixology
Job Duties
- Craft classic and innovative cocktails that delight guests
- Mix and serve drinks promptly and accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- Manage bar inventory and report needs to management
- Collaborate with beverage team and report to Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor
- Uphold the company’s Culture of Excellence in every guest interaction
