Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
- 3 years supervisory experience in high volume restaurant or music hall environment
- Ability to work late hours
- Flexible schedule
- Knowledge of state federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations
- Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Point of Sales system preferably APPETIZE
- Knowledge of state federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations
- Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner
- Tolerance of all cultures music and art forms
- Skilled in decision making leadership guest relations interpersonal communications organization team building time management and staff management
- Ability to motivate staff problem solve lead delegate follow up deal with volatile situations with tact and confidence
- At least 2 years experience with a national restaurant or bar chain
- Experience in a live music environment
- College diploma in related field
Job Duties
- Monitor the labor cost of the shift paying close attention to overtime
- Checking accuracy of labor system at the end of the shift
- Conduct operations with a guest first mindset
- Ensure all recap forms are submitted to accounting
- Perform opening ongoing and closing duties
- Conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner
- Perform daily liquor pulls for bar staff
- Ensure all cash drawers have appropriate change
- Log nightly sales and operational issues in manager log book either manually or online
- Conduct safety cleaning and maintenance walk-through interior and exterior of building
- Check email and mail box for current information
- Familiarize self with event sheets
- Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization
