- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage and food orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell additional items to increase profitability
- Prepare a variety of customer beverage orders following company standards
- Enter orders into a computerized system and process payment transactions
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Assist with inventory stocking and cash handling
- Connect with guests to provide excellent customer service
