Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
- Basic competency with computerized order systems

- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills for order entry

Job Duties
- Greets guests and connects with them to provide excellent customer service
- Prepares and serves a variety of customer beverage orders to Hilton standards
- Takes and enters orders into a computerized system and settles checks upon completion
- Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
- Performs general cleaning tasks in accordance with health and safety standards and duty rosters
- Assists with the selection and purchase of specialty coffee and whole bean sales
- Handles cash and manages inventory stocking and recording
