Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality with customer-facing focus (a plus, but not required)
- Demonstrate team spirit embodying kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and twisting

- Be the face of the cafe - engage with customers, take orders, and serve with genuine connection

- Keep the space spotless to maintain cleanliness as part of the experience
- Jump in where needed to support teammates and improve operations
- Bring positive vibes to every shift to boost guest experiences
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
