Job Requirements

- prior experience working in a food and beverage environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift moderate weights as required
- willingness to work in a 24-hour operational setting

Job Duties
- support bartender across all responsibilities
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- ensure proper handling of glassware and bar utensils
- help manage waste disposal and recycling
- provide assistance in guest service during busy periods
- follow safety and hygiene standards
