Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant food and beverage supervisory experience
- Valid food safety certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to manage and schedule staff effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years proven experience as a bar leader or similar role
- Excellent people skills with a customer service orientation
- Proven leadership abilities
- Up-to-date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Food safety certification (we can assist in new or updated certifications)
- Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Job Duties
- Train and supervise employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
- Monitor employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
- Coordinate employee schedules, including shift changes and absences
- Oversee inventory of food and beverage supplies, ordering new items as needed
- Maintain sanitation standards by monitoring employee compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees as needed
- Provide customer service by answering questions about menu items or suggesting items based on customer preferences
- Other duties as required
