Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid identification required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Must complete introductory probationary period of 60 days
- Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use or learn to use bakery equipment and tools
- Must perform all tasks safely
- Must meet company attendance and performance standards
- Must wear assigned clothing and footwear for safety
- One year of work experience or technical training preferred

Job Duties
- Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties promptly at shift start
- Assemble and mix ingredients for baked goods
- Place mix on trays, load trays onto racks, push racks to oven, and bake goods
- Package, wrap, print labels, and label baked goods accurately
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters
- Track and record product loss
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bakery displays and storage areas
