Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to work minimum 4-hour shifts
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- standing and walking required for up to 55 and 45 percent of shift respectively
- must comply with company safety and performance standards
- able to operate bakery equipment
- able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- able to follow oral and written instructions
Job Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- must have valid identification
- must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- must complete company introductory probationary period of 60 days
- must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
- must be able to use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools
- must perform all job functions safely
- must meet company performance standards including regular attendance
- must agree to wear assigned clothes and shoes
- 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred
Job Duties
- Review the work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of each shift
- comply with personal protective equipment requirements
- assemble and mix ingredients
- place mixes onto trays and bake goods
- package, wrap, label, and display baked goods
- clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, floors, and counters
- track and record loss
