Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in bakeoff, retail, or food service/prep management
- strong oral and written communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- attention to detail
- strong analytical skills
- supervisory and leadership skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- prepare a wide range of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and seasonal or specialty items
- follow standardized recipes and store guidelines to ensure consistent quality, texture, and taste
- adjust baking processes and recipes as needed to meet customer demand and seasonal offerings
- work closely with the bakery team to manage production schedules and ensure fresh daily inventory
- uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- deliver high-quality, visually appealing baked goods consistently
- provide excellent customer service and support bakery team operations
