Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in bakeoff, retail, or food service/prep
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare a wide range of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and seasonal or specialty items
- Follow standardized recipes and store guidelines to ensure consistent quality, texture, and taste
- Take customer orders and provide excellent customer experience
- Work closely with the Baker to maintain fresh daily inventory
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Demonstrate knowledge in baking recipe execution and decoration
- Support a top-tier customer experience through high-quality, visually appealing baked goods
