Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in bakeoff, retail, or food service/prep
- strong oral and written communication skills
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
- flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare a wide range of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and seasonal or specialty items
- follow standardized recipes and store guidelines to ensure consistent quality, texture, and taste
- take customer orders and provide excellent customer experience
- support the baker in daily baking tasks and inventory management
- uphold strict food safety and sanitation guidelines
- decorate baked goods to meet store standards and customer preferences
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
