Job Duties
- train and supervise daily activities of ramp agents and clerks
- unload and load aircraft following methods and procedures
- ensure safety and timely completion of assigned duties
- direct and manage workflow of other employees
- enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- maintain clear communication across teams
- support operational efficiency on the ramp
