Job Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S.
  • Must be an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence or authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
  • Must pass background checks and security clearance
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in ramp operations or logistics preferred
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Proficient in following safety protocols and operational guidelines

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise daily activities of ramp agents and clerks
  • Ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely
  • Unload and load different aircraft following all methods and procedures
  • Direct the work of other employees effectively
  • Enforce safety and operational standards
  • Coordinate with airport and airline personnel
  • Maintain an organized and efficient ramp work area
