Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in ramp operations or related field
- leadership skills with experience managing teams
- knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Train and supervise ramp agents and clerks to ensure safe and timely completion of duties
- unload and load aircraft using prescribed methods and procedures
- direct and coordinate daily ramp activities to optimize workflow
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- communicate effectively with team members and management to address operational issues
- monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
- maintain accurate records of ramp operations
