Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Able to lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Proficient computer skills including typing and using a mouse
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekends and overtime
- Ability to travel 3-5 days per week
- Reliable transportation

- Driver's license is required
- Valid passport is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and maintain business

Job Duties
- Responsibly handle all submissions to keep items safe and secure until pick-up
- Receiving and processing submissions at the shop
- Prioritize responsibilities during submission center hours
- Organize and process orders by service level and expedite orders as necessary
- Support the PSA/DNA team and work with the shop management for events that the team can support
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in person, over the phone, or through email
- Actively solicit business in the shop
- Provide weekly updates on submission center performance
- Work closely with management and the hobby shop team to improve processes and drive revenue
- Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
