Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in event management or protocol support
- Ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work onsite at Huntsville, AL
- Ability to work after-hours, weekends, and travel as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience interacting with VIPs and executives
- Proficiency in event planning software and registration website development
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving on campus
- Ability to work flexible hours including travel, evenings, and weekends
- Familiarity with security protocols in restricted environments
Job Duties
- Provide protocol and event management support to the Lockheed Martin Space Protocol team
- Act in lead and support roles for VIP meetings, agency events, ceremonies, trade shows, conferences, and launches
- Assist in researching venues and event logistics including set-up and breakdown
- Interact routinely with VIP internal and external executives, scheduling and receiving visitors
- Coordinate and relay logistics to participants, prepare name tags and table tents
- Clear expense reports and develop event registration websites
- Coordinate with campus security and drive VIPs on campus as required
- Work flexibly including travel, after-hours, and weekend work
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in a high-security environment
