Job Requirements

- One year previous experience in a luxury food and beverage outlet
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Assist with guest service by retrieving food from the kitchen and delivering it safely and accurately to guests
- Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver for service unobtrusively
- Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware ensuring cleanliness and good condition
- Assist in preparation of small items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverages and food items while explaining contents, and anticipate guest needs
- Prepare condiment and garnish items
