Job Requirements
- minimum age 21
- passion for food and customer service
- 2 plus years of experience related to food and cooking or sales
- completion or ability to complete H-E-B Wine selling certification
- completion or ability to complete TABC certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift 60 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing
- knowledge or aptitude to learn H-E-B systems and processes
Job Qualifications
- degree in culinary arts, nutrition, home economics preferred
- 2 plus years of related experience in food and cooking or sales
- ability to complete or completed H-E-B Wine selling certification
- ability to complete or completed TABC certification
- strong communication skills
- advanced customer service skills

- knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- perform selling activation events in the Cooking Connection kitchen
- assist in developing localized recipes targeting the local customer base
- create engaging food experience hubs through product knowledge and cooking techniques
- conduct cooking demonstrations and recipe preparation
- offer menu and meal planning advice tailored to customer needs
- recommend alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage pairings
- maintain and stock merchandising displays and ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
