Job Requirements

  • Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs
  • able to constantly push or pull up to 70 lbs
  • able to constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend
  • must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements
  • proficient in English

Job Duties

  • Provide escort and special services for unaccompanied minors as requested
  • provide general information and directions to passengers
  • meet inbound and outbound flights as requested
  • always be aware of the departure time of the unaccompanied minor
  • never leave an unaccompanied minor unattended or out of sight
  • always release the unaccompanied minor to gate agent or client representative
  • always make sure the unaccompanied minor's documentation is in order
  • always check the ID of the person claiming to be the party listed on the minor's paperwork
  • complete appropriate documentation
  • must be familiar with all FAA, airline, and company regulations
  • comply with all safety requirements including using only trained equipment, reporting unsafe conditions and workplace injuries, wearing proper PPE, and attending safety training
  • perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities
  • complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
  • immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with company policies
