Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts
  • Physical ability to perform standing and walking duties for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
  • Basic knowledge of property operations and guest service etiquette
  • Comfortable using technology and multiple software systems

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of guest facing customer service
  • Previous experience in hotels or property management preferred
  • Tech forward with experience working in multiple systems
  • Speak, read and write fluently in English
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Critical thinking
  • you can find out of the box solutions to drive results
  • Comfortable standing and/or walking at least 8 hours a day
  • Be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • Support hotel launch and pre-opening tasks
  • Work a flexible schedule based on business demands and needs
  • Coordinate and fulfill guest requests together with our remote Guest Experience team
  • Support Housekeeping operations by assisting with linens and stripping rooms
  • Manage guest supplies and linen inventory and ordering
  • Inspect and stage units for guest arrivals
  • stock pre-arrival amenities
  • Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the property
  • Greet guests and VIPs from time to time
  • Support the GM by filling gaps on daily operations tasks
