Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution preferably in business administration, hospitality, real estate, or related field
  • Two or more years of related management experience
  • Experience managing mixed-use assets with retail and office components
  • Financial experience including P&L responsibility, budget oversight, cost analysis, and service contracts management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Completion of Hines Property Management Training Program or equivalent knowledge
  • Passion for people and hospitality leadership
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Experience leading multi-layered teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project management skills
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work indoors approximately 95 percent of the time and outdoors 5 percent
  • Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses to inspect building and detect emergency alarms
  • Ability to perform physical property inspections including climbing stairs
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Train, mentor, and develop all property personnel to provide best-in-class hospitality experience
  • Apply hospitality hiring practices to identify and hire individuals with a people-centric approach
  • Lead a cross-functional team including third-party service providers in delivering hospitality standards
  • Coordinate unique event programming to create and maintain community atmosphere
  • Ensure property engagement and service offerings align with service level standards
  • Oversee operational integration of retail and office components to meet tenant needs
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to support marketing strategies and tenant mix optimization
  • Monitor and manage foot traffic patterns, retail activation, and tenant engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with zoning, use restrictions, and operational standards
  • Manage all fiscal activities with full profit and loss responsibility
  • Negotiate contracts and supervise contractor services
  • Develop and maintain marketing and leasing strategies
  • Display knowledge of building mechanical systems and collaborate with Chief Engineer
  • Maintain property maintenance and aesthetics
  • Ensure compliance with government, industry, regional, and company programs
  • Provide support to development including quality control and building startup
  • Represent Hines in business, community, and industry organizations
  • Direct all emergency procedures including planning, drills, monitoring equipment, evacuations, and life safety management
