Job Requirements
- Five plus years of industrial or commercial real estate or equivalent experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to multiple properties
- Current or ability to obtain a California Real Estate sales license within six months with company support
- Demonstrated commitment to proactive and responsive customer service
- Ability to adapt to change and take on new initiatives positively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to process data and complete recurring variance reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours and on call for emergencies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance
- Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
- Identify additional revenue opportunities by promoting value-added products and services such as Prologis Essentials
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Utilize technical tools like Salesforce, Yardi, and PeopleSoft to gather data and develop customer insights
- Analyze and administer leases proficiently
- Negotiate and manage service agreements to ensure safe and well-maintained properties
- Prepare financial reports to meet budget and portfolio financial goals
