Job Requirements

  • Diploma of secondary education or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience in property management or related field
  • demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • at least two years of experience in property management or related field
  • proven leadership experience with team management skills
  • excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to maintain high confidentiality levels
  • effective and professional conflict resolution and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Drive financial success by managing and supporting budgets, maximize occupancy using innovative marketing strategies, lead and develop a team through hiring, training, and mentoring, maintain accurate financial and operational records including budgets and rent rolls, oversee maintenance operations ensuring the property remains in excellent condition, provide outstanding customer service addressing resident concerns, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies, drive strategic initiatives by analyzing data and market trends
