Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in property management with focus on tax credit properties
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations and be on call
- Skilled in using property management software such as YARDI
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of property management experience specializing in tax credit housing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Experience with YARDI property management software preferred
- Proficiency with technology and mobile applications
- Knowledge of affordable housing regulations
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned apartment communities
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
- Oversee leasing activities and resident services
- Manage financial aspects including collections and budgeting
- Maintain property appearance and coordinate maintenance
- Use technology to enhance community engagement and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training to on-site staff
