Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in property management with focus on tax credit properties
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to handle emergency situations and be on call
  • Skilled in using property management software such as YARDI
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of property management experience specializing in tax credit housing
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Experience with YARDI property management software preferred
  • Proficiency with technology and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of affordable housing regulations
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned apartment communities
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and company policies
  • Oversee leasing activities and resident services
  • Manage financial aspects including collections and budgeting
  • Maintain property appearance and coordinate maintenance
  • Use technology to enhance community engagement and operational efficiency
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to on-site staff
