Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, optimism and organization
  • Independence, influence and intuition
  • Computer savvy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.)
  • Willingness to work some weekends (no holidays)
  • Ability to travel for training (including air travel)
  • Ability to move freely throughout the property multiple times a day
  • Ability to climb up a ladder
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships

  • Execute sales and marketing initiatives with a focus on community involvement
  • Continuously learn by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities
