Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • willingness to work some weekends (no holidays)
  • ability to travel for training including air travel
  • ability to move freely throughout the property multiple times a day
  • ability to climb up a ladder
  • ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • must pass pre-employment background check

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills

  • computer savvy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.)

  • bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build relationships
  • drive success and impact performance results
  • operate as a business leader with P&L responsibility
  • lead and manage a team of 2-4 through recruiting, hiring, and continual training
  • execute sales and marketing initiatives with a focus on community involvement
  • continuously learn by recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities
