Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of management experience in related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven human resources and personnel management experience
- High-rise property management experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
- Ability to read and write work-related documents in English
- Ability to prepare and understand financial reports
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and move about property frequently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Physical presence at community required
- CMCA or AMS certification required
- PCAM certification welcomed
- Preference for candidates with condominium or high-rise experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s or business degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant management roles
- Experience in facilities management such as hotels, resorts, rental properties, or condominiums
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse groups
- Proven leadership ability including team coordination and problem-solving
- Experience in human resources and personnel management
- Knowledge of high-rise property management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Yardi software preferred
- Ability to prepare financial reports including P&L, variance to budget, balance sheet, accounts receivable and payable, and bank reconciliations
Job Duties
- Plan and develop daily operations
- Schedule, supervise, and participate in operational duties
- Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct management and staff
- Maintain accounting records and client reporting requirements
- Control vendor expenses and negotiate contracts and bids
- Manage profit and loss statements with budget variance explanations
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve complaints as per Bylaws
- Attend board and committee meetings, report on property management and administration
- Keep records and minutes of meetings
- Provide administrative tools and support for board decision-making
- Implement decisions and administer community services and programs
- Maintain safe facility environment and standards for maintenance, housekeeping, and sanitation
- Notify District Manager of safety or quality issues
- Represent company professionally and positively
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly property inspections
- Coordinate with maintenance on annual maintenance schedules and events
