Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months miscellaneous gardening, grounds maintenance or related experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening

Job Duties
- Perform all duties with respect to company's purpose, values, standards & core competencies
- Perform property general maintenance and repairs including landscape lighting, meters, signs, cables, chains, barricades, gates, bicycle racks, feeders, posts, fences, and rock walls
- Apply chemicals used in groundskeeping safely using protective clothing according to directions
- Operate riding mowers and portable power tools such as saws, grass trimmers, snow/leaf blowers, sprayers, paint machines safely and according to instructions
- Remove trash and debris from public areas by inspecting grounds and transporting collected waste to designated points daily
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance and cleaning of grounds maintenance equipment and tools
- Conduct other yard work including snow, leaf, and debris removal under various weather conditions
- Perform simple plumbing and irrigation tasks like opening clogged drains and fixing leaks
- Read meters to collect utility usage information
- Conduct minor maintenance work including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Clean homes to prepare for sale and maintain laundry rooms and common areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving furniture
- Schedule specialty services as needed
- Follow all safety & emergency procedures
- Communicate daily with management regarding problems and solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Comply with all organizational policies and legal requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to property and company success
