Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of custodial or related experience
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs needed
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Job Duties
- Coordinate and communicate with outside contractors while completing work on WEL property including but not limited to timeline accuracy
- Manage invoicing and payments for all warehouse and non-driving asset and building repairs
- Coordinate and gather bids from outside contractors for facilities compliance repairs
- Propose cost savings for company assets
- Work and communicate with each warehouse and terminal manager regarding their location including director of warehousing
- Collect, validate and update central database contractor qualifications, insurance, and certifications
- Hire and train maintenance department staff
- Organize and oversee the schedules and work of facilities staff
