Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in event planning or community engagement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in organizational and record-keeping tasks
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Warm and welcoming demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

Develop and implement a comprehensive event plan 90 days out
Plan and execute weekly neighborhood meet-ups catering to diverse interests and age groups
Personally reach out to new move-ins to invite them to gatherings and provide community information
Establish and promote social clubs and gatherings within the neighborhood
Identify common ground interests and create targeted programming
Collaborate with the cafe concierge manager to staff the cafe and assist with concierge duties
Maintain detailed records of event details, attendance, and feedback
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for resident participation
Collaborate with property management to align programming with neighborhood objectives
Organize and clean event storage areas weekly and conduct quarterly inventory audits
