Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event planning or community engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in organizational and record-keeping tasks
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event plan 90 days out
  • Plan and execute weekly neighborhood meet-ups catering to diverse interests and age groups
  • Personally reach out to new move-ins to invite them to gatherings and provide community information
  • Establish and promote social clubs and gatherings within the neighborhood
  • Identify common ground interests and create targeted programming
  • Collaborate with the cafe concierge manager to staff the cafe and assist with concierge duties
  • Maintain detailed records of event details, attendance, and feedback
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for resident participation
  • Collaborate with property management to align programming with neighborhood objectives
  • Organize and clean event storage areas weekly and conduct quarterly inventory audits
