Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • ability to work flexible shifts including Saturday and Sunday
  • willingness to support multiple departments
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Ensure on-property event execution
  • provide administrative support for property General Managers
  • serve as primary point-of-contact for event guests
  • assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service
  • support property billing efforts including monitoring accounts payable and receivables
  • collect and develop content for Marriott.com
  • maintain databases related to finance, labor scheduling, sales, and operations
  • liaise with Regional Sales Office
  • complete tasks involved with event planning and detailing where required
