Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods
  • ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • commitment to follow company policies and procedures
  • fluent in professional communication

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years of related work experience
  • experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • proficiency in administrative tasks and billing processes
  • knowledge of hospitality operations

Job Duties

  • Ensure the execution of events at properties
  • provide administrative support to General Managers
  • serve as the main contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
  • assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and timely guest service
  • support billing efforts related to events and other property activities
  • collect, develop, and submit material to update property websites
  • maintain databases associated with finance, accounting, scheduling, sales, and property operations
