Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Tidy room exterior
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, like replacing light bulbs, plunging toilets, etc.
- Report emergency maintenance issues to the on-call Maintenance team
- Collect garbage from cans throughout the property per the schedule
- Collect and dispose of guest trash per the schedule
- Collect trash throughout the property on a regular schedule, including along property lines, behind bushes, and in hard-to-reach areas
- Maintain tidy dumpster areas
- Clean and tidy guest and team areas per schedule
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks per the schedule
- Pick up any litter as you see it in public spaces
- Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guests
- Notify Property Manager of any safety concerns or any violations of policy
- Implement new objectives and procedures
- Contribute to incident reports as needed
- Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Collect garbage promptly and reliably and maintain a clean and tidy dumpster area
- Take ownership of the appearance of the property's grounds and public spaces
- Raise issues or concerns about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately when recognized
- Refer people for employment that live our values and contribute to our culture
- Maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues
- Maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance
- Align with supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelity
- Execute all policies and procedures with fidelity
- Report issues immediately to discuss and solve them quickly
