Job Duties
- Tidy room exterior
- perform basic maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and plunging toilets
- report emergency maintenance issues to the on-call maintenance team
- clean unoccupied guest rooms as needed
- collect garbage from cans throughout the property per the schedule
- collect and dispose of guest trash per the schedule
- collect trash throughout the property regularly including along property lines and behind bushes
- maintain tidy dumpster areas
- clean and tidy guest and team areas per schedule
- perform routine preventative maintenance tasks per the schedule
- pick up any litter in public spaces when noticed
- maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guests
- notify property manager of safety concerns or policy violations
- implement new objectives and procedures
- contribute to incident reports as needed
- assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies
- collect garbage promptly and maintain clean dumpster areas
- take ownership of the appearance of the property's grounds and public spaces
- raise issues about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately
- refer potential employees that align with company values
- maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues
- maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance
- align with supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelity
- execute all policies and procedures with fidelity
- report issues immediately to discuss and resolve quickly
