Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or hotel operations preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
  • capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities
  • willingness to comply with emergency procedures and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
  • strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
  • performing light electrical and plumbing work
  • conducting public space janitorial duties
  • maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
  • cleaning PTAC units
  • performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
  • maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
  • following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
  • performing other duties as assigned
