Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or hotel operations preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to handle diverse responsibilities
- willingness to comply with emergency procedures and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong organizational and inventory management skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to preventative maintenance schedules
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing work
- conducting public space janitorial duties
- maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- performing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- following property emergency procedures and ensuring security needs are met
- performing other duties as assigned
