Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in maintenance or similar role preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 50 pounds
- Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in maintenance or property upkeep preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of light electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- Conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging and unclogging sinks
- Performing general preventative maintenance including drywall repair, painting, caulking, and PTAC cleaning
- Prepping guest rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures
- Ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- Performing other duties as assigned
