- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs

- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and preventative maintenance
- Cleaning public spaces
- Prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies
- Following property emergency procedures
- Performing light electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and other maintenance tasks
