Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Reliable and punctual
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property maintenance or related hospitality roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- Executing light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets or unclogging sinks
- Maintaining preventative maintenance programs
- Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures ensuring security needs of the property and guests
- Performing other duties as assigned
