Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, bending, climbing stairs and ladders
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property maintenance or related hospitality roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to follow safety and emergency procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
  • Shampooing carpets or cleaning hard surface floors
  • Performing light electrical work such as changing an outlet or wall switch
  • Executing light plumbing tasks like plunging toilets or unclogging sinks
  • Maintaining preventative maintenance programs
  • Conducting public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
  • Managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
  • Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs
  • Knowing and following property emergency procedures ensuring security needs of the property and guests
  • Performing other duties as assigned
