Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
  • ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders
  • flexible and adaptable team player
  • available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • commitment to safety standards and emergency protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
  • ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • strong organizational skills for inventory management
  • good communication skills
  • physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
  • familiarity with safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders in a timely manner
  • adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
  • performing light electrical repairs such as changing outlets or switches
  • conducting light plumbing tasks like plunging or unclogging sinks
  • performing public space janitorial work
  • maintaining parking lot upkeep
  • managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash
  • reviewing maintenance needs in rooms
  • following property emergency procedures
  • ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
  • assisting with laundry duties
  • performing other duties as assigned
