Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or related field preferred
- ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders
- flexible and adaptable team player
- available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- commitment to safety standards and emergency protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
- strong organizational skills for inventory management
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
- familiarity with safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner
- adhering to a preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
- performing light electrical repairs such as changing outlets or switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks like plunging or unclogging sinks
- performing public space janitorial work
- maintaining parking lot upkeep
- managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash
- reviewing maintenance needs in rooms
- following property emergency procedures
- ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- assisting with laundry duties
- performing other duties as assigned
